30 Days money back guarantee

If you feel the service you ordered did not meet your expectations, or if the information from us through our website, e-mail or phone was inaccurate, within 30 days of order you can cancel the service you ordered, without any extra cost. This can be done without giving any reason why.

The following services have a 30-day cancellation guarantee;
- All e-commerce packages.
- All e-mail packages.
- All additional services to e-commerce solutions.

The following have NOT a 30-day cancellation guarantee;

- All approved qutations regarding hosting solutions.
- All approved qutations regarding  custom jobs for e-commerce solutions.
- Domain Registrations.
- Carried out consultancy work.
- Ordered hardware purchase.

If you wish to use our money-back guarantee, send an e-mail to sales@nordiskehandel.com You will then receive an automatic ticket number which applies to the date of cancellation.
